Safety & Conduct Agreement
As a guest of JWA CO LTD, I acknowledge that I am entering an active chemical manufacturing facility and agree to abide by all safety and conduct policies outlined below:
1. Safety Protocols
• I will follow all instructions given by the tour guide or company personnel at all times.
• I will wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hats, protective clothing, and/or hearing protection as instructed.
• I understand that I may be required to stay within marked walkways and designated areas at all times.
• I will immediately report any unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries to a company representative.
2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
• I acknowledge that I may be exposed to proprietary processes, equipment, or confidential information during the tour.
• I agree not to disclose or share any proprietary or confidential information observed or discussed during the tour.
3. Prohibited Items and Actions
• Photography and videography are strictly prohibited. I will not take any photos, videos, or audio recordings during the tour.
• I will not touch or operate any equipment unless explicitly authorized and supervised.
• Smoking, eating, or drinking is not permitted on the plant floor or in restricted areas.
4. Health and Medical Considerations
• I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any conditions that may impair my ability to safely participate in the tour.
• I will inform the company in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may require special accommodations.
5. Liability Waiver
• I understand the inherent risks of visiting an industrial facility and agree to assume all personal responsibility for my safety during the visit.
• I release JWA CO LTD, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of my visit, except in cases of gross negligence.

1. Visitors' Meeting with Employees (Administrative Conference Rooms)
1.1 All visitors arriving to meet with employees in administrative conference rooms must sign in at the kiosk upon arrival, providing their name, company (if applicable), and the employee they are visiting.
1.2 Upon departure, visitors must sign out at the kiosk to record the end of their visit.
1.3 No visitor badge will be issued for these visits, as access is limited to administrative areas only.
1.4 The Administration Building is open to visitors from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

2. Visitors Entering the Plant
2.1 Visitors entering the plant must scan the QR code posted at the front desk, review JWA CO LTD safety and security policies, and acknowledge compliance. Confirmation must be shown to Reception.
2.2 Contractors and guests scheduled to enter the plant may use a pre-check link provided during scheduling to review and acknowledge policies in advance, speeding the on-site process.
2.3 Reception will apply security tape over phone cameras and retain a valid government-issued ID or passport before issuing a visitor badge.
2.4 Visitor badges must be worn visibly at all times while inside the plant.
2.5 Before leaving, visitors must return to the administrative reception area, return their visitor badge, and retrieve their ID or passport.

3. General Rules for All Visitors and Contractors
3.1 Visitors must be always escorted by their JWA CO LTD host when inside restricted or plant areas, unless otherwise approved.
3.2 Visitors and contractors must comply with all posted safety and security rules. Unauthorized access to restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises.
3.1 Contractors
3.1.1 Contractors may be left unescorted only if performing approved work under an established work plan that has been communicated to Security and site management.
3.1.2 Contractors must sign in and out each day, have their phone cameras taped each day, and wear their badge visibly at all times.
3.1.3 Contractors must comply with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.

4.3 Food Deliveries
4.3.1 All food deliveries must report to the Administration Building and wait in the lobby for JWA CO LTD personnel.
4.3.2 No food deliveries are permitted into the plant or production areas.

5. Access Control
5.1 DCS Rooms in TDS and NMP are classified as restricted areas. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.
5.2 Visitors must receive clearance from EHSS and Department Heads before entering the TDS building or laboratory areas.
5.3 No photographs, video, or recordings are permitted anywhere in the plant, laboratory areas, or restricted zones. Exceptions may only be granted with Managing Director (MD) approval.

6. Property Control
6.1 All employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel are subject to bag and personal item inspections when entering or exiting the facility.
6.2 Refusal to comply with bag checks will result in denial of entry or removal from the premises.
6.3 No company property, equipment, materials, or samples may be removed without prior written approval.
6.4 A Property Pass must be signed by the appropriate Department Manager and shown to Security before removal of any company-owned property.

7. Emergency and Incident Response
7.1 In any emergency, Security and EHSS personnel serve as the first point of contact. They will coordinate with local emergency services as needed.
7.2 EHSS will lead the internal response, including evacuation, shelter-in-place, or incident command as appropriate.
7.3 Visitors and contractors must follow all instructions from Security and EHSS during emergencies and report to designated muster points.
7.4 All personnel must report suspicious activity, unsafe behavior, or security violations immediately to Security or EHSS.

8. Parking and Vehicle Control
8.1 Employees must park only in designated employee parking areas and display a company-issued parking permit. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
8.2 Visitors and contractors must park in designated areas as directed by Security. Extended projects may require specific zones, and overnight parking must be pre-approved.
8.3 Delivery and service vehicles must check in at the designated gate and follow Security instructions for staging and unloading. Idling is prohibited except as necessary for unloading.
8.4 All vehicles entering or exiting JWA CO LTD property are subject to inspection at the discretion of Security. Refusal to comply will result in denial of access.

9. Policy Violations and Enforcement
9.1 Any visitor, contractor, or employee found to be disregarding these security policies will be subject to disciplinary action.
9.2 Specific violations include, but are not limited to:
• Failure to sign in or sign out.
• Entering restricted areas without approval.
• Removing or tampering with security tape applied to phone cameras.
• Refusing bag, vehicle, or property inspections.
Unauthorized photography, recording, or documentation.
9.3 Violations may result in:
• Formal warning.
• Temporary removal or suspension of site access.
• Permanent banning from JWA CO LTD facilities.

10. Liability Disclaimer
10.1 JWA CO LTD assumes no liability for, and will not reimburse, any damages to personal devices, personal computers, or other property incurred during the entry or exit process.
10.2 This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:
• Security tape or sticker application.
• X-ray inspection.
• Bag checks, inspections, or other security procedures.
10.3 All individuals entering JWA CO LTD property accept these conditions as part of the site security requirements.
